Welcome to P4 Books Cloud ERP. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the P4 Books website (www.p4books.cloud) and related services, software, and applications (collectively, the "Services") provided by P4 Software, a division of Grupo Barrdega ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

The Services, including all software, content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by P4 Software or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "P4 Books," "P4 Software," and related logos are trademarks of Grupo Barrdega.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except for the limited license expressly granted herein.
If you subscribe to paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement or required by law.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, P4 Software and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless P4 Software, Grupo Barrdega, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panama City, Panama.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
